Resonant Tails is a mobile, multi-sensory theatre of the voice for children and young people with profound and multiple learning disAbilities (PMLD) and other complex disAbility. The project invites young people with PMLD to develop, refine and celebrate the sophisticated, resonant, echoing qualities of their own voices, and accompanies its use in schools with a support programme for teaching staff. We love the long, resonant, echoing tails of sound that many of our users create. Resonant Tails is a part of this research-creation strand, and was created for and with the Tract and Touch Trust.
